Sotou is an exception for many reasons. First, she is a good listener. Second, she is extremely positive. It is very easy to have doubts as an artist (attached any age and any level). Sotou consistently goes to the positives. For me she was able to get to a central idea very quickly. I was able to focus on some basics. That's another sign of a very good teacher. Lastly, she is a very pleasant person.
