My son´ s words: I have had two lessons with Mitra and the first one was a welcome call, but during this, Mitra already gave me some tips and explanations how to develop my piano skills with regard to my hand technique, while playing. I was immediately applying her tips to my piano playing and I felt much more comfortable in my hands. The welcome call was only 30 minutes but after it, I felt I have learned already a lot just by talking to Mitra and showing her one of my music pieces I work on. Today (18/5/2026) I have had my real first lesson and I enjoyed it so much! Mitra´ s teaching style motivated me very much to do my best. Mitra teaches music theory, too, which she has also studied at McGill and we did almost a whole hour music theory today. It was great fun and I received many essentials to work on and get better on. I feel that Mitra really connects with my piano playing. When I play, she can listen and observe via a screen (online class) things, which I need to improve - for me she is the perfect teacher and I really recommend her classes! Thank you Mitra!!! Aparna is an excellent Tutor. My son has been working with her for a month now and there is a huge difference with his math skills. According to my son he understands her teaching methods much better than his teacher at school. We will continue using Aparna for as long as necessary. Thanks very much Aparna!

Just wanted to say thank you so much, Connor, for helping my daughter with her Grade 11 English essay. Not only did she get great marks, but more importantly, she learned the skills to write a good essay. This will be a huge help for the rest of her high school English writing!
